Side Effect – All Aboard – LP

Side Effect – All Aboard

Side Effect’s All Aboard closed out the group’s Elektra run in 1982, making it a notable late-catalog title for the R&B vocal-funk outfit. Produced by founding member Augie Johnson, the album keeps the group’s polished soul and funk identity in focus, with “I’m Likin’ What You Do to Me,” “Scatman,” and “Music Is My Way of Life” among the key cuts. This 1982 white label promo vinyl pressing adds a nice period angle for anyone who likes label-promo copies from the era. At $16, it’s priced as a clean vintage Side Effect record rather than a bargain-bin placeholder. The vinyl is graded VG++, which points to a glossy, very clean copy overall, with only very small light marks, sleeve scuffs, or faint lines expected.
