Bob Dylan – Planet Waves

Planet Waves catches Bob Dylan reunited with The Band, a connection that gives the album special pull after their earlier Basement Tapes work together. Released in 1974 on Asylum in the U.S., it became Dylan’s first No. 1 album on the Billboard chart, helped by the attention around his reunion tour with The Band. The record also carries “Forever Young,” one of the songs from this period that traveled far beyond the album through later covers and performances. This is a 1974 vintage vinyl pressing, giving this copy strong original-era appeal. At under $15, it’s an affordable Dylan copy with real catalog significance. The record is graded VG, meaning it shows more visible wear and may have some background noise, but the music remains the focus.
