Bahamas – Barchords

Bahamas’ Barchords followed Pink Strat as the Canadian musician’s second studio album, bringing his folk-rock and rock & roll leanings into a focused 2012 release. Robbie Lackritz produced the album, continuing a working connection that also included Bahamas’ earlier material. Its Adult Alternative Album of the Year nomination at the 2013 Juno Awards gives it a nice bit of Canadian music context beyond the usual singer-songwriter shelf. This is a new vinyl pressing priced at $28, still sealed in its original shrink. For a buyer who wants Barchords on vinyl without condition guesswork from a used copy, the sealed presentation is the strongest appeal here.
