Thin Lizzy – Bad Reputation – LP

Thin Lizzy’s Bad Reputation captures the band at a commercially high point, climbing to No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart in 1977. 14. The album’s cover shows only three band members due to guitarist Brian Robertson’s injury, a detail that adds a touch of rock ’n’ roll reality to the sleeve. With tracks like “Southbound” and “Killer Without A Cause,” the album balances hard-edged riffs and melodic hooks, making it a solid entry in Thin Lizzy’s catalog. This 1977 vinyl pressing offers a genuine snapshot of the era, pressed on standard black vinyl and ready for the turntable. The record is graded VG+, meaning it plays well with only minor surface marks or light paper scuffs that shouldn’t interfere with your listening. If you’re organizing your collection by decade or following the band’s evolution, this pressing stands as a straightforward piece of ’70s rock history. It’s the kind of record that fits comfortably next to your other classic rock staples without demanding special shelf real estate.
