Tavares – Sky High – LP

Tavares – Sky High

Sky High catches Tavares in a 1976 disco-era setting, with the group’s funk and soul side right up front. The album includes “Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel,” “The Mighty Power Of Love,” and “Ridin’ High,” giving the record recognizable period appeal without needing a long backstory. This is a vintage 1976 vinyl pressing, a nice match for anyone building out a soul and disco shelf with period copies rather than later editions. At $10, this is an affordable Tavares vinyl copy with solid everyday condition appeal. The record is graded VG+, so expect a few light lines, sleeve marks, or small scuffs, but not wear that should dominate the music. For the price, the vintage pressing and strong usable grade make this a very approachable copy of Sky High.
